Gameplay trailers are embedded via YouTube using the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Data is only transmitted to YouTube/Google when you actively play a video.

This privacy policy applies to all games and apps developed and published by GViGames GmbH (including GViRacer, Neon Velocity, Echo Prime, The Secret of Eldoria, XenoTerra) across all platforms (iOS App Store, Mac App Store, Steam, PC).

1. No Personal Data Collection

Our games do not collect, store, or process any personal user data. In particular, we do not collect names, email addresses, precise geolocation, advertising identifiers (IDFA), hardware identifiers, or user behavior analytics.

2. Use Without Registration or Account

All games and apps can be played entirely without registration, without signing in, and without creating a user account.

3. Offline Functionality & Local Save Data

Our games do not require a permanent internet connection. Game progress, settings, and high scores are saved locally on your device or via the standard cloud save features provided by the platform (e.g., Apple iCloud / Game Center, Steam Cloud).

4. No Third-Party SDKs, Ad Networks, or Tracking

Our apps contain no third-party advertising networks, no promotional banners, and no external tracking or analytics SDKs.
